About Us

All packs are opened live on stream! 

Orders are added to the queue and opened in the order that we receive them through our site. 

We will not open your packs until you are present in the livestream and your username is verified, unless otherwise expressly requested. 

We receive many orders each night, and we appreciate your patience as you wait for your queue slot! 

We do not stop stream until all orders in the queue have been called.   

If you are not present when your name is called, we will hold your order until the next time you are present in the stream. 

Let us know that you have a previous order when you arrive, and we will bump you to the front of the queue!  

Multiple orders from the same evening will be added onto your earliest slot in the queue. If your initial queue slot has finished, and you place an additional order, you will be added to the end of the queue as if it were your first order.     

Returns and Refunds     

All sales are final. 

We do not accept any returns. 

No refunds will be given for any fulfilled service/opened product. 

Any other refund requests may be granted only at our sole discretion.     

Shipping and Fulfillment      

We ship out all opened orders from the week over the following weekend. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number to the email address provided with your order(s).
